In what circumstances can I request reimbursement of my administrative registration fees?

You have a student grant

You received a higher education grant (including a zero-rate grant) after paying your registration fees.

You must request reimbursement no later than 10 days after receiving final notification of the grant award from the CROUS and before June 30 of the current academic year from the admissions department of your establishment.

In the event of payment of tuition fees in three parts, reimbursements will be made following the third payment.

You have paid additional fees due to an error made during online registration

Dual registration, or errors made whilst selecting your profile, etc.

Please contact the admissions department of your establishment, who will be able to tell you what to do next for reimbursement of your registration fees.
