The data collected is intended solely for legal coordination and for Gender-based violence - Discrimination liaisons and will not be disclosed to third parties. It is retained for the time necessary to investigate the case. Université Grenoble Alpes and its component institutions, Grenoble INP-UGA and ENSAG-UGA have an agreement with Grenoble Judicial Court and Valence Judicial Court regarding the handling of reports of sexual and gender-based violence, discrimination and harassments. The legal process for handling reports is carried out in collaboration with France Victimes 38 association in Grenoble and France Victimes 26 – Remaid in Valence, which are social prevention and victim support service associations.
