Report form concerning sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), discrimination or sexist and sexual harassment at Grenoble Alpes University

This form is intended for staff and students of Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) and its component institutions Grenoble INP-UGA and Ensag-UGA. It is dedicated to receiving any reports of gender-based and sexual violence, discrimination or harassment.

How to file your report?

If you are a witness or a victim of gender-based or sexual violence, discrimination or harassment, follow these steps to submit your report:
  1. Fill out the report form: enter your statement and contact information below, then submit.
  2. Submission of the report: once submitted, your form is forwarded to the legal team of the reporting unit, attached to the legal and institutional Affairs Service (DAJI) at Université Grenoble Alpes.
  3. Acknowledgement of receipt: within 3 business days, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from the reporting unit.
  4. Hearing interview: within 15 business days, two specialized officers will contact you to schedule an appointment. This interview will consist in a time of listening and guidance and will allow to collect your statement, either anonymously or not, pin accordance with your preference.

You remain in control of the process. You may decide to stop the procedure at any time, without giving a reason, simply by notifying the reporting unit.

It is retained for the time necessary to investigate the case. Université Grenoble Alpes and its component institutions, Grenoble INP-UGA and ENSAG-UGA have an agreement with Grenoble Judicial Court and Valence Judicial Court regarding the handling of reports of sexual and gender-based violence, discrimination and harassments. The legal process for handling reports is carried out in collaboration with France Victimes 38 association in Grenoble and France Victimes 26 – Remaid in Valence, which are social prevention and victim support service associations.

You can contact France Victimes 38 and Remaid 26 at the following number : 116 006 (free service and call, 7 days a week from 9 am to 7 pm). This is a French service.

You are a student ? If you are feeling distressed or experiencing violence or discrimination, you can contact Cnaé, a hotline support service, at 0800 737 800. This line is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is available in French, Spanish, English, and LSF.
