Internship agreement: our electronic signature procedure
Step 1
The internship referent of the student’s faculty deposits the agreement on the platform Yousign. The platform then sends an e-mail to the first 4 signatories of the agreement.
- The student.
- The referent teacher.
- The tutor in your organization.
- The head of the host organization (legal representative authorised to sign).
Each of the signatories must follow the email sent by Yousign to access the agreement.
This process is entirely free and secure.
To ensure your authentication, you will receive an encrypted code in your mailbox. This code will then allow you to access the document to sign electronically.
Step 2
Once the 4 signatures have been collected, the document is then sent through a UGA electronic signature device to the Director of the student's faculty for the final signature, which legally validates the agreement. The agreement can then be downloaded by everyone using a link sent by e-mail.
Please note that 3 rules must be respected in this process:
- Check and validate all the articles of the agreement and the signatories involved as well as the conformity of the email addresses.
- Remember to check the spam in your mailbox.
- Do not print the agreement, in the interests of the environment and the electronic signature procedure.
To find out more about this process, do not hesitate to contact the referent of the faculty or the Direction de l'orientation et de l'insertion professionnelle at stages@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.
