Step 1: Contact the Colibri office

The Colibri office welcomes people with refugee, political refugee, stateless person, temporary protection or asylum seeker status, in person, by phone or by email.

Colibri supports these persons in a wide range of areas, both to alleviate everyday difficulties linked to their very precarious situation and to answer questions in terms of training, recognition of level or insertion into the job market.

Step 2: Get information from the orientation and professional integration center

Counselors at the orientation and professional integration center can accompany you and offer you individual interviews. They will provide you with information on the courses offered at Université Grenoble Alpes.

Step 3: Eligibility

To find out if you are eligible for this program, contact the Admissions Department at dap@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

Your message must include the following information:
  • Full name
  • Scanned copy of the valid document indicating your status (OFPRA decision, resident card, residence permit, asylum application receipt)
  • The exact wording of the course you wish to study in the first year of your degree
The admissions department will then check all this information.

If you are eligible for the system, the admission center will register your application and notify the school, faculty or institute in charge of the program for which you are applying.
The component will contact you and send you the specific file to be filled out. The application must be returned to the component by the date indicated.

Only beneficiaries of one of the following statuses are concerned by this system: subsidiary protection, temporary protection, refugee, stateless person, asylum seeker.
