These dates may vary by program. You must therefore check the website of the school, faculty, or institute that administers your program to verify the exact registration dates for your university course.
1. Pay your CVEC
Every student who wants to register for initial training or apprenticeship contract in a French higher education establishment must pay the "student and campus life contribution" (called CVEC in French) on the CROUS website before registering in the establishment.
For the academic year 2026-2027, the CVEC cost € 105. This contribution is designed to finance preventative actions and projects to help improve living and studying conditions and campus life (please note that some audiences are not affected by the CVEC, consult the site below to find out about the audiences concerned).
Before registering, we invite you to consult the online registration guide to help you step by step in your online registration on the “IA PRIMO” website (this guide is written in French).
Once you registered, you can find your registration confirmation at any time with the consultation link.
3. File supporting documents online
Once your registration is done, you will receive an email which list the supporting documents you must submit to finish your registration. These documents must be provided on the platform below.
Please note : To access to the platform, you will need your UGA's login credentials : those are sent on your personal email address which you indicated when you registered. A 48 hours to 72 hours delay (about 3 days) is expected after your online registration to receive those logins.
Once you will receive your logins, you will also be able to get your schooling certificate on the LEO student intranet on the "Mon Dossier Web" section (you can check the attached procedure if you need).
The organization for the withdrawal of the student card differs according to the academic divisions and units.
Self-service terminal
If you are registered in one of the following academic units, the printing of your student card must be done on a self-service terminal from the start of the academic year (no printing possible before the start of the academic year).
- Self-service terminal located in the hall des pas perdus of Jean Roger sur le site de la Merci building
- Self-service terminal located in the hall IFPS building on the campus de Saint-Martin d'Hères
In order to be able to edit your student card, you must have completed the following steps :
Have submitted all of your supporting documents (step 3)
Received the email confirming that all of your documents have been validated by your academic unit
Download the QR code on the app. Please note : this QR code will be available only when all of your supporting documents have been validated by your academic unit (if you did not fill all of your supporting documents, the QR code will not be available on your app). Warning: this is not the same QR code as the one issued by Parcoursup following your admission confirmation.
Go to the self-service terminal of your academic unit with your QR code to print your student card (please check your academic unit's website before to know the location of the terminal and the date from which you can edit your card).
Reach your academic unit
If you are registered in an academic unit which is not a part of the table above, it means that your division doesn't allow the self-print of the students cards. In that case, you must reach your academic unit to obtain your card.
