With regard to the international strategy, several actions are being carried out to promote the doctorate and/or aimed at doctoral students, including: the award of 135 mobility grants for doctoral students wishing to spend 1 to 6 months in foreign research laboratories, the co-financing of summer schools or the invitation of international speakers, etc. These schemes complement the funding scheme for doctoral research grants in partnership with an international university (link to ISP).

PhD Alumni Network+

Created in 2019 within the framework of IDEX Université Grenoble Alpes, the PhD Alumni Network+ is open to all PhD and PhD students of Université Grenoble Alpes, from all disciplines. Through the international influence of its PhDs and the multidisciplinary nature of its players, this network provides a network of professional opportunities.

Connecting Doctoral Research Entreprises - Doctoral Students

The Connecting Doctoral Research scheme (link), co-organised by the doctoral students themselves, enables them to initiate meetings with representatives of the socio-economic and cultural world with the aim of developing collaborations and preparing their professional integration. The last edition took place within the framework of the Global Challenges Science Week (lien GCSW) and was a real success, both for the PhD students and for the companies that came to meet them.
