  • Enlarged steering committee for the follow-up of the action plan (April 29, 2022).
  • Presentation at the social conference (March 21, 2022).
  • Continuation of the action plan, meetings between the members of the monitoring committee and the action pilots.

  • April 29, 2021: Presentation of award and recommendations

  • Supplementary comments and questions from the European Commission
  • Addition of indicators and supplementary information to the initial file

September to December 2020

  • Examination of files by the European Commission

June and July 2020

  • Presentation of the diagnosis and the action plan to the authorities of the Université Grenoble Alpes, for their opinion and approval, and submission of the file to the European Commission.
  • Drafting of the final file (diagnosis, action plan, figures).
  • Submission of initial file: July 20, 2020

May 2020

  • Validation of the HRS4R file by the members of the Steering committee.
  • Presentation to all the validation authorities before the file is submitted to the European commission.

February and March 2020

  • Launch and organization of new working groups with researchers in order to draft action proposals based on the diagnosis.
  • Organization of a public conference with all of the community, in order to present the analysis of the differences and the action plan.

January 2020

  • Sending of the statement of purpose to the European Commission.
  • Meetings with the experts and local points of contact regarding the major challenges of the European commission in relation to the following topics: gender, open and transparent recruitment, open science, ethics, evaluation of research and supervision of PhD students.
  • January 31, 2020: a first draft version of the diagnosis is submitted to the HRS4R Steering committee.

October 2019

  • Meeting for discussions between the General Management delegate for “Research, Innovation and Evaluation” and the laboratories: presentation of the HRS4R accreditation.
  • Portrait of the “Head of the European human resources for researchers strategy project” distributed in the internal newsletter and on the staff intranet.
  • Launch and organization of working groups with the academic and scientific community (October, November, December) in order to establish a status report.

September 2019

  • Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) staff day: more than 60 stands gathered to allow people to discover or rediscover the university. One stand is dedicated to the HRS4R project at the university (presentation of the project and its organization).
  • Presentation of the process before all the validation authorities.
  • Organization of the first HRS4R Steering committee.
