- Meetings with the experts and local points of contact regarding the major challenges of the European commission in relation to the following topics: gender, open and transparent recruitment, open science, ethics, evaluation of research and supervision of PhD students

- Meeting for discussions between the General Management delegate for “Research, Innovation and Evaluation” and the laboratories: presentation of the HRS4R accreditation
- Portrait of the “Head of the European human resources for researchers strategy project” distributed in the internal newsletter and on the staff intranet
- Launch and organization of working groups with the academic and scientific community (October, November, December) in order to establish a status report

- Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) staff day: more than 60 stands gathered to allow people to discover or rediscover the university. One stand is dedicated to the HRS4R project at the university (presentation of the project and its organization)
