Requesting exemption of national registration fees
You wish to register at Université Grenoble Alpes or are already registered in initial education course for a national diploma ? Depending on your profile, you may be eligible for exemption of your registration fees.
In which circumstances?
You are a scholarship holder
You hold a scholarship from the Crous or French government (Campus France) and will register for a course approved for the award of scholarships :
- You are eligible to be exempted of the payment of the registration fees in application of article R719-49 of the French education code.
- You must present your 2024-2025 scholarship notification to your enrollment department.
You hold a scholarship from the Crous or the French government (Campus France) and are already enrolled on a course approved for the award of scholarships and have already paid the registration fees for 2024-2025 :
- You are eligible for the refund of the payment of your registration fees in application of article R719-49 of the French national education code.
- To request the refund, you must send the definitive 2024-2025 scholarship notification to your enrollment department before June 30th 2025. You will no longer be able to claim a refund beyond this date.
- You also have to join a copy of your bank details (RIB), the refund will be make on your bank account.
You are a "Pupil of the French Nation"
You are eligible to be exempted of the payment of registration fees in application of article R719-49 of the French education code.
You must present your "Pupille de la Nation" card to your enrollment department.
You have a disability
You are eligible to be exempted of the payment of registration fees in accordance with the decision of the UGA Board of Directors of April 30th 2019.
You must present your "inclusion mobility card" (Carte "Mobilité Inclusion" in French) issued by the Departmental House for the Handicapped (Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées) on which must appear the mention "invalidity" (invalidité) to your enrollment department.
You are a refugee, asylum seeker or benefit from subsidiary protection
You are eligible to be exempted of the payment of registration fees in accordance with the decision of the UGA Board of Directors of April 30th 2019.
You must present the document attesting your status of refugee, asylum seeker or subsidiary protection beneficiary.
You are experiencing financial difficulties but your situation does not allow you to obtain a scholarship
You can request exemption of registration fees in accordance with the decision of the UGA Board of Directors of April 30th 2019.
You must make a request online which then will be studied by the registration fees exemption committee.
How to request exemption of the payment of registration fees?
You must complete the online form below and fil it with the requested supporting documents. Once your request is complete and validated, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your file. For 2024-2025, the deadlines for submitting your request are :
October 1st 2024 for the first comittee which will be held mid-October 2024.
November 1st 2024 for the second comittee which will be held mid-November 2024.
December 1st 2024 for the third comitte which will be held mid-December 2024.
