When applying for a Master’s/engineering program, make sure that your chosen course is linked to the thematic program you wish to join. The list of Master’s programs, engineering tracks, and other courses associated with each thematic program is available on the corresponding program’s presentation page.

Application form

If your course is eligible, you can complete the application form. To simplify the process, please prepare the following documents in either French or English:

• Your resume.
• A motivation letter.
• Proof of admission to your Master’s program or other course participating in Graduate School@UGA.

If you have not yet received your admission letter, you can still apply to Graduate School by providing proof of application to the Master’s/engineering track. You can then add your admission letter as soon as you receive it.

Applications to Graduate School@UGA are open from February to September 2025. Information will be published on this page when the time comes.

Please note, if you also wish to apply for the Graduate School@UGA Excellence Scholarship, you must submit your application before May 31, 2025, even if your acceptance to the Master’s program has not yet been confirmed.
