Project highlight dates

September 2019

  • Staff day at the Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA): more than 60 stands gathered to discover or rediscover the university. One stand was dedicated to the HRS4R project at the university (presentation of the project and animation).
  • Presentation of the process to all the validation authorities.
  • Organization of the first HRS4R steering committee.

October 2019

  • Exchange meeting between the "Research, Innovation, Valorization" delegated Directorate General and the laboratories: presentation of the HRS4R label.
  • Job profile "European Human Resources Strategy Project Manager for Researchers" published in the internal newsletter and on the staff intranet.
  • Launch and organization of working groups with the academic and scientific community (October, November, December) to draw up an inventory.

January 2020

  • Letter of commitment sent to the European Commission.
  • Meetings with experts and local referents around the major challenges of the European Commission on the following themes: gender, open and transparent recruitment, open science, ethics, research evaluation and supervision of doctoral students.
  • 31 January 2020: a first draft of the diagnosis is submitted to the HRS4R steering committee.

February and March 2020

  • Launch and organization of new working groups with researchers to develop proposals for actions based on the diagnosis.
  • Organization of a public conference with the entire community to present the gap analysis and the action plan.

May 2020

  • Validation of the HRS4R dossier by the members of the steering committee.
  • Presentation to all validation bodies before submission of the dossier to the European Commission.

June and July 2020

  • Presentation of the diagnosis and the action plan to the authorities of Université Grenoble Alpes, for feedback and approval, and submission of the dossier to the European Commission.
  • Drafting of the final dossier (diagnosis, action plan, figures).
