Requesting a refund of your registration

In which circumstances can I request refund of my registration fees?

You have a student scholarship

You received a higher education scholarship (including a zero-rate grant) after paying your registration fees.

You must request refund no later than 10 days after receiving the final notification of the scholarship award from the CROUS and before June 30th of the current academic year to your enrollment department.
In the event of payment of registration fees in 3 parts, refund will be made after the 3rd payment.

You have paid additional fees due to an error made during online registration

Dual registration, or errors made whilst selecting your profile, etc...

Please contact your enrollment department, who will be able to tell you what to do next to get the refund of your registration fees.
