    On October 28, 2020, the French President announced the implementation of new measures to deal with the acceleration of the Covid-19 epidemic, and therefore a new lockdown that should last at least until December 1st. During this period, Université Grenoble Alpes remains open, but its teaching activity will largely take place remotely, as well as most of its administrative tasks.

    The French President announced on Thursday 12th March the closure of all schools and universities in the country, as of Monday 16th March. This closure is expected to last several weeks, during which students will not have physical access to the university buildings, including the university libraries.

  • 15/03/2020 - COVID-19: Information for staff
    The new measures announced by the Prime Minister on Saturday 15th March have been detailed in an official order published yesterday in the Journal Officiel. Following these measures, and the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation's instructions which follow from these measures and which you will find below, I would like to inform you that as of Monday 16th March, telework will become the rule in order to limit clusters of personnel and travel as much as possible.
