France once again stands out in this year's rankings, ranking as the third-best-represented country with 18 institutions in the global Top 250, including 7 in the Top 50.

Among them, the University of Grenoble Alpes reaffirms its place alongside the leading French and international institutions, thereby solidifying its reputation for academic excellence and the professional success of its graduates.

A global ranking based on recruiters' opinions

Based on a survey of more than 12,000 executives and hiring managers from 42 countries, this 15th edition of the ranking assesses universities’ ability to produce the most employable graduates according to employers’ expectations.

Respondents identify the institutions they consider most effective at preparing students for the workforce, based on several criteria:

• the alignment between the skills acquired and the needs of the job market,
• the academic and professional reputation of the institutions,
• the quality of research and innovation,
• preparing for globalization and new technologies.
