The UGA is organizing an information session for parents of high school students on the programs offered.

This event will be hosted by career counseling professionals from the university’s Office of Career Counseling and Professional Integration (DOIP), staff from the Office of Student Life, and representatives from the university’s various academic programs.

Program

• UGA degree programs and their career opportunities,
• The procedures for welcoming and supporting students,
• The teaching methods used at the university,
• Student Life.

This event will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for the families of the high school students.
