If you have definitively accepted an offer of admission to UGA and are enrolled in the undergraduate program, you may complete your administrative registration online.
Registration is also open for students who have been admitted to re-enroll in other grade levels.

The first step before enrolling: pay the student life and campus fee (CVEC)

Whether registering online or in person, with the exception of the students listed below, every student enrolled in an undergraduate program at a higher education institution must pay the student life and campus fee (CVEC).

List of situations that result in exemption from the CVEC:

• International students participating in an exchange program under an agreement between their home institution and UGA (such as Erasmus+)
• students enrolled in vocational training programs under a professional training contract,
• International students enrolled in degree programs under an agreement who do not pay tuition in France,
• all continuing education trainees

In the amount of €105 per year, The purpose of the CVEC is to fund prevention initiatives and projects that help improve living and learning conditions and revitalize campus life.

Certain situations give rise to exemptions, particularly if:

• You are a recipient of a need-based scholarship: if you are eligible for a scholarship and have submitted your application, your CVEC exemption certificate will be available directly in your "Mes Services Étudiants" account; if your application is still being processed, you will need to pay the CVEC fee and then request a refund starting September 15 on the dedicated portal,
• If you have been granted refugee status, are a beneficiary of subsidiary protection, or have been issued a certificate of asylum application: you must submit proof of your status on the dedicated website, and after your application has been reviewed, you will be issued a certificate of exemption from the CVEC,
• You are Ukrainian and are a beneficiary of “Temporary Protection” in France.
• Please note: If you are a Ukrainian national and a beneficiary of “Temporary Protection,” you may also apply for a need-based scholarship from the CROUS, which will exempt you from the CVEC fee. The CROUS will automatically contact you by email to explain the procedure you need to follow.

Payment, requests for exemption, or requests for a refund of the CVEC are processed through the national portal dedicated to the CVEC: cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/

Register Online

After downloading the certificate of payment or exemption from the CVEC fee from the website, you can then register online.

Administrative registration is open during two periods. The first takes place July 2–17 and the second one continues Starting August 20 according to a schedule that varies depending on the unit (school, college, or institute).
