10, November 2026Saint-Martin-d'Hères - University Campus
Come cook and eat at the cooking workshop organized by the Bar Radis association on the topic of food waste.
During Sustainable Food Month, the UGA invites you to roll up your sleeves: come join the cooking workshop for UGA staff on Thursday, October 15, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Held during the lunch break, you’ll have the chance to cook and eat during the workshop. This workshop will feature vegetarian, local, and seasonal dishes. This workshop focuses on the issue of food waste because, according to figures from the Agency for Ecological Transition, each French person throws away an average of 61 kg of food waste per year, 19 kg of which is still edible.
