Adding more plant-based foods to your plate is one of the key drivers toward more sustainable eating. This exhibition highlights the issues and questions surrounding plant-based cuisine, from using legumes to busting common myths.
Nearly 20 panels covering various topics related to plant-based cooking: Come discover the VegoResto exhibition in the Galerie des Amphis of the Pierre Mendès-France Building on the university campus. It addresses common misconceptions about plant-based diets, showcases innovations in the sector, and highlights which foods to use when starting out with plant-based cooking.
